We crossed our minds and let them ferment ideas. And from this bubbling mix of cultures, flavours and dreams, came fermented lemonades – not just squeezed juice, but whole exotic citrus, fermented the Polish way, bottled for British taste.

Most drinks start in a factory. Ours starts in a field. We ferment our drinks in a family-run fermentary in rural Poland — near the Vistula River, deep in a Nature 2000 protected area.
